Their customer service was great from everyone

Our air conditioner blew out in Fillmore and with 102 degree temps, we needed it fixed right away. I called around and had companies tell me they could come out in approx. 3 days. With those temps I needed someone right away. I called RR and they had someone at my house within 4 hours, and my air conditioner was replaced the next day. They offered no interest 24 mo financing which we needed. Their customer service was great from everyone, and I liked their text/email system letting you know beforehand the name and eta of who was coming to do the work. Pending any problems with our new unit, as of now, I would recommend them!

Once again RR Electric delivered on everything that they said they would

This is the 2nd time that we have used RR Electric to install an air conditioning unit. The last time was almost a decade ago when we owned a different house. Once again RR Electric delivered on everything that they said they would. Everyone is extremely professional, yet friendly enough that we were made to feel like family returning after being gone for several years. And even though the temperatures have been record breaking, Richard and his staff made sure to get our job scheduled ASAP, due to my disability. Yet, they don't cut corners or try to let the quality of their work slide. They do everything required by the city and state contractors board. Should have come here first!

Should have come here first! I got convinced to install a new a/c unit over a year ago, but it seems to always have an issue when the weather actually gets very hot. The original company seemed like very nice people, but i always felt like a got dupped into something with this unit. I have Hector come out check it out, and very quickly he found out that the unit was over charged, release some of the pressure, and its been running like a charm. No tricks, just straight facts and honest service. Thank you!!!

I love RR Electric Heating & Air Conditioning, an they're the only people I call for all of my heating and AC problems. I've been using them since we got our AC unit, which has been about 3 years now, and I've been super happy with them. This last time, they came in to do winter maintenance on our system. They cleaned out our ducts and the vents; all standard maintenance. But, they called to set up the appointment, so they worked with me to schedule around my time. They called when they were on their way, and they were professional and respectful. Top-notch!

Jose Guzman and his assistant with R&R just left our home after removing an old chandelier and replacing it with a new one, and removing an old ceiling fan and replacing it with a chandelier ... both in our home with 18' ceilings! This was not an easy job, as the new fixtures are wrought iron and very heavy and one of the installations was over our staircase, but they made it seem easy and did an absolutely impeccable job. When Jose arrived, he gave me a lot of info to consider before moving ahead with the project, so there would be no surprises. He then worked swiftly but safely. A complete cleanup was performed and then the final invoice was carefully explained. I would not and will not hesitate to hire R&R again for any electrical or HVAC needs we have, and I'll be referring them to the neighbors as well. Very happy!

I first contacted R&R Electric a few years ago, for assistance on a kitchen rewire/update project (new electric stovetop, lighting, etc). Jose came to do the work, and he was not only professional and highly qualified for the job, but in addition he had a genuinely pleasant attitude-which was very refreshing, given the lack of customer service which seems to have become "the norm." Especially, as a single woman, I appreciated R&R Electric's trustworthy assistance. For the first time in a long while, I did not feel like I was being ripped off by a service professional. My second experience with R&R, shortly thereafter, was on behalf of my dad. He had recently hired "some other" electrician to do some electrical updates at his home, which were managed so incorrectly that the DWP had taken notice and was threatening to turn off his power. I contacted R&R Electric for help and Jose quickly came to the rescue. He assessed the situation, and dealt with DWP on our behalf to be certain that all repairs were updated to code and met all necessary requirements. Crisis averted! I was so impressed with R&R Electric, that when I recently moved to a new home which required an extensive renovation and complete electric rewiring, I contacted R&R once again. I could not have been more pleased with the work accomplished. This renovation project was challenging, and more than once we were forced to fire contractors assisting various phases of the project. R&R was the one constant throughout the entire renovation-showing up every day for several weeks, ready to work hard, speaking kindly to other contractors that they were coordinating their work with on the job, assisting with permit inspections from the city, and always maintaining a professional and positive attitude throughout the entire renovation.
